We regret we started this process before holidays. AT&T broke our internet line and said they can fix it only after holidays.

Internet upgrade was necessary because our traffic significantly increased for last few monthes and we could not handle such large number of visitors with the internet line we currently have. However, we had to wait to do this after holidays to make sure we have uninterappted services and learned this lesson hard way - never start doing something important before holidays.
